About the Role

As a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, in partnership with AIRBUS Defence and Space, SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a Transport & Logistics Engineer for the Manching site. This position is initially through temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing optimized logistics and warehouse solutions, including material flow from supplier to production and returns. You will also conceptualize innovative, sustainable transport and logistics solutions for efficient operational processes (goods receipt, storage, transport, provisioning). Your Future Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of optimized logistics and warehouse solutions, including material flow from supplier to production and returns.
- Conception of innovative, sustainable transport & logistics solutions for efficient operational processes (goods receipt, storage, transport, provisioning).
- Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and requirement-compliant implementation of new or optimized concepts.
- Coordination of all solutions with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, transport, customs, finance, etc.).
- Adherence to Business Management System (BMS) guidelines and standardized processes.
- Creation of cost calculations and identification of savings and optimization potentials in the T&L sector.
- Support for the Germany team and local programs with new logistics solutions and optimization of existing processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- A completed degree in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in manufacturing / production, project management, and supply chain / logistics.
- A communicative personality with international teamwork skills, an independent and structured way of working, a quick grasp of concepts, and high stress resistance.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
