Responsibilities

Your mission: Delight our customers! You are THE face to the customer and crucial to their success. You ensure that everyone gets the full potential out of our software! Your goal: satisfied customers who become true fans of simpli immo.

Customer Onboarding & Activation

You will guide new customers after technical setup, ensuring they actively and successfully use our software.

Relationship Management

You are the first point of contact for your customer base, proactively maintain contact, and build long-term, trusting relationships.

Strategic Consulting

You conduct regular review calls, analyze software usage, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize your customers' success.

Support & Solution Finding

You ensure your customers are optimally supported, answer questions, identify challenges, and find the best solution with our tech team.

Customer Feedback & Product Development

You gather valuable feedback and work closely with our product team to make simpli immo even better!

Success Measurement

You monitor your customers' key metrics (e.g., activity level, NPS, ROI) and proactively initiate measures if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or similar, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
  • Passion for Customer Success: You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are only satisfied when your customers are.
  • Tech Affinity & First CRM Experience: You are proficient with software and digital tools; CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive are familiar to you.
  • Self-Driven & Ownership: You work in a structured and independent manner, prioritize wisely, and do not need micromanagement.
  • Communication Skills: You can explain complex topics simply, clearly, and empathetically, and build relationships effortlessly.
  • Process Orientation: You think in processes, understand workflows, and have an eye for optimization potential.
  • Initiative & Willingness to Learn: You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility, want to grow, and are eager to develop professionally and personally.
  • Language Skills: Native-level German and good English.
