Your Responsibilities
- Conception, implementation, and maintenance of IT security and overall security concepts, including transfer into a database-supported content management system.
- Execution of risk analyses, security level assessments, and derivation of suitable measures.
- Coaching and technical support in the creation, maintenance, and further development of IT security concepts and policies.
- Consulting technical product managers and IT security officers, especially regarding the use of the ISMS tool.
- Coordination and implementation of new IT baseline security (IT-Grundschutz) and BSI requirements in existing security concepts.
- Execution of internal audits according to specifications and support with IT security inquiries.
- Creation, review, and maintenance of all relevant security documentation.
What You Bring
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in IT or a comparable qualification.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in IT Security / Information Security.
- In-depth experience in information security processes, risk management, and business continuity management.
- Very good knowledge in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of IT security policies and concepts.
- Experience in evaluating high-availability systems and deriving measures from basic checks and extended risk analyses.
- Very good knowledge of BSI standards (200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 100-4) and the IT Baseline Protection Manual (IT-Grundschutz-Kompendium).
- Structured, self-reliant way of working, confident demeanor, and very good German language skills.
