Responsibilities

• Support and further development of the internal IT and data center infrastructure.
• Harmonization of the IT landscape within the corporate group.
• Participation in group-wide IT projects and implementation of guidelines and processes.
• Operational 2nd-level support, including error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software.
• Close collaboration with colleagues and occasional business trips.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g., IT systems integration specialist, IT systems merchant, or IT system electrician.
• Sound knowledge of VMware vSphere/Horizon/vSAN, Microsoft Windows Server/Hyper-V, networks/firewall (Sophos), storage systems (SAN, NAS, HPE), backup (Veeam), and Microsoft SQL.
• Initial experience with HIS (Hospital Information Systems) is advantageous.
• Structured, independent, and process-oriented way of working.
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and willingness for continuous professional development.
