To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in Student Success Management effective immediately.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

As a Student Success Manager (m/f/d) and organizational talent, you will not only ensure smooth, professional course progression but also serve as a crucial interface between our Teaching Team, Career Team, and our students. You will also always be available to support our course participants with advice, assistance, and empathy.

  • Organization: You are our organizational talent and the first point of contact for a smooth, structured process regarding our course planning and execution. You act as a crucial interface between our Teaching & Career Team and our students.
  • Customer Whisperer: You are the direct contact person for all new and existing students and proactively contribute to their successful course progression.
  • Admin: You will handle general administrative tasks, order teaching materials, and assist our students with initial IT issues (e.g., IT equipment / hardware not working).
  • Training Operations: You are responsible for student attendance & absences and for processing educational vouchers. You handle incoming inquiries from interested parties as well as contract creation and signing with our participants.

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed commercial training and/or have initial professional experience in customer service, reception/front office, or team assistance.
  • You enjoy working with multimedia, have very good MS Office skills, and an interest in IT.
  • You impress with your organizational talent and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
  • You excel with your communication skills and service orientation, and you address the needs of our students in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You work very precisely, structured, and always act responsibly.
  • You enrich the team with your confident demeanor and appropriate manner of expression.

  • Technical Interview with Lisa (Head of Service & Operations), approx. 45 minutes
  • Case Study & Presentation with Lisa + Meet other Smarties, approx. 60 minutes
