Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Paper-based Packaging to join us as soon as possible at our Herzberg am Harz location.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identification and development of new business areas in paper packaging to drive company growth.

Communication

• Modern customer approach and support in proactive new customer acquisition through classic channels and digital platforms (e.g., social media, LinkedIn).

Marketing Activities

• Support in the development of sales processes and campaigns.
• Organization, attendance, and follow-up of trade fairs, as well as planning and execution of customer workshops.

Customer Service and Field Support

• Support for the sales team in servicing existing and potential customers.
• Building and maintaining customer and partner relationships.

Analysis and Research

• Conducting market analyses to identify trends, competitive developments, and customer needs.

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training with a relevant focus (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) or a comparable qualification.
• Strong communication and networking skills: Stakeholder management (external and internal). Enjoy direct customer contact and are confident in approaching new business partners.
• Willingness to travel: Flexible and happy to travel nationally and internationally within Germany.
• Digital affinity: Experience with modern sales tools and social media as a sales channel is a plus; AI experience is desirable.
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality: Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
