About the Role

SofaConcerts is a small company that offers a new approach to the music industry, discovers brilliant new artists, and creates stages where none existed before.

Responsibilities

• You will support us in managing our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram
• Content/SEO Marketing: You will manage our blog, independently write new posts, and actively pursue exciting new topics for our international community
• You will develop new marketing campaigns with us and actively support planning and implementation
• You will review new artist applications from all over the world, scout new talent, provide feedback, and support quality management
• You will handle inquiries and concerns from our community and assist with communication
• The internship is preferably in Hamburg, but remote work is also possible.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Your field of study: Business Administration / Media Studies / Journalism / Cultural and Communication Studies, but career changers are also welcome
• You have 4-6 months to spare and must complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies
• First professional experience in the form of an internship in marketing/communication is an advantage, but not a must. It is much more important that you love social media and follow the latest trends
• Confident writing style. If you have initial experience in writing and/or with SEO articles (e.g., student newspaper, blog), that's great
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor: you can independently develop ideas and convince others of them
• A humorous and creative mindset
• You enjoy helping our community with advice and support when they have questions
