Responsibilities Solution Sales Specialist (gn) Virtualization Full-time | Permanent | Leipzig in Home Office | Starting immediately
- Active sales of products from manufacturers VMware by Broadcom, Nutanix, and Omnissa, as well as associated ecosystem partners
- Analysis of customers regarding cross- and upselling potential
- Identification of service opportunities and handover to Services Presales
- Customer consulting and presentations on products, licensing, and contract law
- Work in a dedicated sales segment
- Price research in given price sources, considering given contracts
- Offer creation, considering SLA and response times
- Processing of leads
- Processing of tenders
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, manufacturers, and distribution
- Proactive creation of renewal offers
- Interface to other specialist departments within the company
- Continuous training and obtaining manufacturer certifications
- Close collaboration with the account team
- Support for customers in escalations
Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree.
- You already have (several years of) professional experience in internal sales or process management.
- You embody the word "team player."
- Fluent German and English skills are not an issue for you.
- You have a feel for customer needs and convince with your likeable personality.
- Knowledge of software and licensing topics is not a must-have, but would be a big plus.
- You have good Excel skills, and already experience with Navision or Dynamics365? What are you waiting for?!
- You have a quick grasp of things.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and have difficult conversations with customers/partners.
