Project Manager - Digital Marketing (f/m/d) – 100 % Remote

About Us

We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency based in Berlin and New York, specializing in the U.S. interior design industry. From influencer campaigns and content strategy to full-service digital marketing, we empower interior designers to boost their brand awareness and drive sales.

Your Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

  • Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for all social media and digital marketing projects
  • Prioritize and track tasks in a project management tool (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Production Management & Control

  • Coordinate monthly content production (editorial calendar, shoots, briefs)
  • Ensure quality and monitor deadlines and processes

Resource & Budget Planning

  • Align resource needs with the Account Manager and production team
  • Oversee smaller production budgets

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain workflow templates, checklists, and standard processes
  • Create internal performance reports for the Account Management team

Team Coordination

  • Moderate regular alignment meetings with Account Manager and production team
  • Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items

Risk & Change Management

  • Detect potential timeline shifts or quality deviations early
  • Initiate corrective actions as needed

Your Profile

  • Exceptional organizational talent & strong time-management skills
  • Proven experience in project and task management (agile or waterfall)
  • Tech-savvy: confident with Instagram, project/task tools, and mobile devices
  • Strong quality focus and attention to detail
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive communicator and team player

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in social media or influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Background as an office, project, or task manager
