All people with different origins, genders, gender identities, disabilities, ages, skin colors, religions, or sexual orientations are welcome here.
The City of Freiburg is looking for you for the Culture Office as
Administrator for Grants and Personnel in Central Cultural Administration
Become part of the Central Cultural Administration and work where administration, culture, and museums go hand in hand, right in the heart of the city of Freiburg. As a liaison to the Main and Personnel Office, the City Treasury, and the independent cultural scene, we take care of all personnel matters as well as financial/grant issues for the Culture Office and the Freiburg Museums. We look forward to having you strengthen our team.
Your Responsibilities

- You manage and monitor the integration management process and actively contribute to it.
What You Bring
- You have a bachelor's degree in Public Management, Human Resources, Economics (VWL/BWL), Social Work, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, you have completed the Angestelltenprüfung II or the training as a Verwaltungsfachwirt*in.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the areas of personnel, grants, and finance, preferably in public administration. Knowledge of budgeting and accounting is also advantageous, as are basic knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, and civil service law, as well as general administrative law.
- Your quick comprehension and your networked and strategic thinking characterize you.
- You convince with negotiation skills, empathy, and strong communication skills. Interest in culture and museums, and enjoyment of teamwork and exchange with different departments round off your profile.
