About the Central Building Management

Das zentrale Gebäudemanagement leistet als eigenbetriebsähnliche Einrichtung technische, kaufmännische und infrastrukturelle Dienste im Rahmen der kommunalen Immobilienwirtschaft. Um die städtischen Immobilien ganzheitlich, strategisch und lebenszyklusbezogen zu errichten und funktionsfähig zu erhalten, müssen die Gebäude kontinuierlich an die wechselnden Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Die stadteigenen Immobilien gliedern sich u.a. in Verwaltungsgebäude, Kindergärten, Schulen, Museen und Wohnhäuser.

Your Profile

  • Successful completion as a Verwaltungsfachwirt/in or the Verwaltungslehrgang II
  • Or comparable training and knowledge in facility, real estate, and/or property management
  • Or completed university degree (Bachelor) in real estate or facility management

Desirable Qualifications

  • Practical experience in property management, including legal areas
  • Ability for independent and self-responsible work
  • Willingness for team-oriented work
  • Ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas
  • Reliability, flexibility, good communication and conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, confident demeanor, and customer orientation
  • Interest in the further development of processes in the department
  • Willingness for own training and further education
  • Driver's license class B

Your Responsibilities

  • Assuming overall commercial responsibility for assigned properties
  • Independent management of assigned existing rental agreements
  • Usage support and optimization for assigned properties
  • Processing of damage claims
  • Handling user and tenant concerns for assigned properties
  • Commissioning and monitoring of management services
  • Processing legal matters within the scope of the assigned area of responsibility in coordination with the legal department

In the advertised role, travel to various locations is necessary, and the employer offers various options for undertaking these journeys (bicycle, public transport, and possibly a company car). Additionally, there is the possibility of using a private car for business purposes.
