Bauingenieur / Tiefbauingenieur / Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Stadtentwässerung

Your Role

As a Civil Engineer / Civil Engineering Manager (m/f/d) in the field of urban drainage, you will plan our new operational building and independently coordinate all involved contractors and trades across all service phases of the HOAI.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of our new operational building
• Independent coordination of all contractors/trades involved in planning and construction across all service phases of the HOAI
• Coordination and negotiation with approval authorities, contractors, and third parties involved in the construction
• Review and approval of design, approval, and execution documents, as well as bills of quantities
• Performing client functions during construction execution
• Temporary assumption of planning and monitoring activities in the field of urban water management

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
• Ideally, experience in the project management of operational yards / sewage treatment plants
• Proficient in VOB and HOAI, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Structured and independent work style, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
• German language skills (Level C1)
• Class B driver's license
