Director Marketing (m/f/d)
A Strong Performance: Your Role in Detail
- You will be responsible for the holistic management of Performance Marketing and Brand Building to sustainably increase e-sales, reach, and brand value across all relevant channels – including media mix, full-funnel execution, testing, measurement, and continuous optimization with a clear ROMI focus.
- As a Creative and Brand Leader, you will develop and anchor a consistent brand identity and integrated campaigns for shows and formats.
- You will assume entrepreneurial responsibility for e-sales and digital growth, driving traffic and conversion increases on owned platforms in close collaboration with E-Commerce and CRM.
- Building, leading, and further developing high-performing teams in Brand, Media, Performance, PR, Social, and Creative will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will manage significant media budgets with a focus on governance, efficiency, transparency, and sustainable value creation.
- You will strategically lead PR and social media activities – from reputation management and storytelling to influencer partnerships and community engagement.
Your Ticket to Entry: Your Skills and Talent
- You bring many years of leadership experience in multi-channel marketing, ideally in the entertainment, live event sector, or comparable industries.
- You possess in-depth expertise in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, supported by clearly measurable commercial successes such as sales increases, conversion optimization, and high media efficiency.
- Your strength lies in developing brand strategies and integrated campaign management, ensuring creative excellence across all relevant touchpoints.
- A strong commercial understanding and routine in handling large media budgets and complex agency and partner structures are part of your profile.
- You have a high level of data and analytical competence and know how to translate insights into clear marketing, steering, and investment decisions.
- Very good German and English language skills enable you to communicate effectively at both national and international levels.
