We're partnered with a rapidly growing provider of innovative cloud-based technology solutions tailored for the hospitality and travel industry. Their platform helps independent accommodation providers — such as boutique hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, and holiday rentals to streamline bookings, manage guest relations, and optimise connections with leading travel platforms.

Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated Sales person to join the DACH sales team. This is a phone-based role where you'll engage with potential clients across the DACH region, both outbound and inbound, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions through to virtual demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects in the DACH region through outbound calling and lead follow-up
  • Conduct engaging and insightful online product demonstrations
  • Understand client needs to offer relevant solutions that add value
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the local marketing team and sales leadership to run targeted outreach campaigns
  • Contribute to regional sales targets and business growth goals
  • Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth client transition and strong customer experience

About You

  • Must be eligible to work in Germany
  • Educated to degree level
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales (phone-based or field), ideally within tech, SaaS, travel, or hospitality sectors
  • Native-level German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command of English for internal communication
  • Comfortable conducting sales demos and handling objections over the phone
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Quick to learn new technologies and systems
  • Proficient in standard office software and CRM tools
