You will optimize workflows and create the foundation for a modern, future-proof HR infrastructure.\n\n* Responsibility for HR operations along the entire employee lifecycle\n* Management of the interface with our payroll\n* Further development and administration of our HRIS system (Personio)\n* Design, optimization, and automation of HR workflows\n* Creation and maintenance of HR enablement materials (guides, self-service, knowledge bases)\n* Service-oriented support for employees and managers on operational HR questions\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* Sound experience in HR/People Operations and process optimization, as well as confident use of HRIS tools such as Personio\n* Basic knowledge of payroll, labor law, and GDPR\n* Clear, empathetic communication and high service orientation towards employees and managers\n* Proactive mindset with high drive and the ability to effectively contribute own ideas to HR processes\n* Confident knowledge of German and English\n\n### Your Team\n\nHR Operations is the backbone of our HR team. Our team takes care of daily administrative tasks, such as the creation and management of employment contracts, compliance with legal requirements, and the coordination of all Statista locations at an operational level.
