What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for active new customer acquisition (hunter role) in the SME segment
- You will conduct cold calling / initial telephone contact with decision-makers in the region
- You will plan a systematic outreach process (call lists, follow-ups, qualification)
- You will identify potential customers in the Marburg, Gießen, Wetzlar, and Rhein-Main regions
- You will visit qualified leads on-site to understand needs, infrastructure, and decision-making processes
- You will conduct initial consultations, determine needs, and present our service portfolio
- You will build a strong regional network (industry, trade, service providers, public institutions)
- You will participate in regional events, trade fairs, and networking meetings
- You will coordinate closely with technology, consulting, and management for offer preparation
- You will maintain and document all activities in the CRM
What you should bring?
- You have a passion for active new customer acquisition -- telephone, LinkedIn, on-site
- You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT system house, MSP, SaaS, or IT service environment
- You have strong communication skills, closing confidence, and a professional demeanor
- You can explain IT solutions understandably (or are willing to learn)
- You work independently and structured
- You are regionally mobile and enjoy personal customer appointments
- You possess a driver's license class B
