Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Tasks:

• You will design test rigs for Li-ion traction batteries and mechatronic components.
• You will be responsible for the setup of the test systems in production and the programming of test sequences together with the development departments.
• You will support the industrialization of new components and assist the prototype phase with suitable test concepts.
• In close exchange with global battery development teams, you will derive test requirements.
• You will also define series test requirements to ensure stable and reliable testing.
• You will act as the central point of contact for production, industrial engineering, quality, and repair.
• The supervision, maintenance, and continuous development of the test systems are your responsibility.

Your Qualifications:

• You have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, you have a technician qualification and want to develop professionally and personally.
• A qualification according to DGUV 209-093 (High Voltage Level 2/3) is an advantage.
• You have sound knowledge in circuit technology and programming, especially in VB .NET and C#.
• You are comfortable working with databases: You filter relevant data and create automated evaluations to optimize test parameters.
• Ideally, you already have experience in electronics manufacturing or test technology.
• You use AI tools to implement technical solutions more quickly.
• You are characterized by teamwork, communication skills, commitment, and flexibility.
• Your working method is structured, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
