What matters to us

Completed master craftsman training, state-certified technician, or completed degree in building services engineering
Preferably several years of professional experience in managing medium-sized and large projects
Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and construction and contract law (VOB/BGB, VDI, DIN)
Profound MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good communication skills towards clients and subcontractors
Assertiveness and negotiation skills
Teamwork, commitment, social competence, independent work style, and initiative

Your contribution to our company

You will manage demanding construction projects in turnkey construction with a focus on building automation/MSR (measurement, control, and regulation technology).
To this end, you will coordinate external specialist engineers and subcontractors.
You will also be involved in the awarding of contracts.
Maintaining calculation data is also part of your responsibilities.
To ensure customer satisfaction, you will carry out quality assurance during execution.
For successful project completion, you will oversee commissioning and acceptance.
