Talent Acquisition Specialist

As part of our expansion in Germany, we are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our HR and recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS systems
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2--4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Fluent in English; German language skills are highly preferred
