Purchasing Manager (all genders)

Your role

We're looking for a Purchasing Manager (all genders) to take charge of our procurement operations, ensuring seamless supply chains and smart purchasing strategies. In this key role, you'll work cross-functionally with departments, take ownership of vendor performance, and help shape the future of our sourcing approach. If you're proactive, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Craft and execute purchasing strategies that align with our company vision and growth goals
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiate competitive contracts, and continuously evaluate performance
• Monitor stock levels and oversee the timely reordering of critical materials to avoid delays
• Analyze supplier data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
• Keep organized and detailed records of all purchasing activities, contracts, and pricing

Your profile

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing roles
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a knack for building strong working relationships
• A deep understanding of supply chain principles and a passion for process improvement
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven culture
