- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to understand cost drivers and recommend optimizations.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial impact of changes in sourcing, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment costs.
- Lead the working capital planning process, identifying opportunities to optimize safety stock and reorder levels.

- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to automate dashboards and enhance decision-making.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, cost analysis, or finance roles within manufacturing or consumer products.
- Solid understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing cost structures, and D2C fulfillment economics.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and ERP systems (preferably Odoo, Luca Net).
- Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Get Klar, etc.) to build visual, actionable reports.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality, comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
