Your Role: (Junior) Project Manager:in (m/f/d)
We are seeking a (Junior) Project Manager:in to join our Indie Arena Booth team, ideally starting February/March 2026. In this role, you will be a central point of contact, coordinating between developers, publishers, juries, and partners. You'll ensure smooth communication, manage deadlines, and keep information flowing effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for developers throughout the IAB process.
- Manage communication with the jury, publishers, delegations, and partners.
- Organize submissions, forms, and data within our custom backend.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.
- Create briefings and informational emails to ensure clear communication.
- Analyze post-show feedback and implement improvements.
What You Bring:

- First experience in project management, community management, communication, or similar fields.
- A good understanding of the international indie developer community.
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, or a strong affinity for digital tools.
