About The Role

  • Design and implement comprehensive omni-channel B2B marketing strategies focused on driving qualified leads (MQL to SQL) and accelerating their conversion to sales opportunities.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Align marketing and sales efforts to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimize the customer journey.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives to nurture leads and accelerate their progression through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze lead data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and optimize lead scoring models.
  • Define, track, and analyze key B2B marketing metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events.
  • Optimize channel performance based on data analysis and insights.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo etc.) to improve efficiency and lead nurturing.
  • Evaluate and develop demand gen strategies & campaigns with clients
  • Leverage experience to support integrated marketing efforts and campaign orchestration
  • Define and validate core B2B KPIs, such as acquisition cost, retention rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for B2B sales and driving customer adoption.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
