IT Specialist System Integration / IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, setup, and support of IT infrastructures for our clients
• Installation and configuration of servers, clients, networks, and firewalls
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in 1st and 2nd level support
• Implementation of IT security and managed service concepts
• Support of Microsoft environments (e.g., Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, AD)
• Setup and administration of virtualized systems (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
• Integration and maintenance of cloud solutions and hybrid IT infrastructures
• Documentation of client environments and work performed in the ticketing system
• Performing infrastructure analyses and automated penetration tests
• Technical consulting and direct communication with clients on-site and remotely

Requirements:

Must have:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• You are an experienced technician from a system house environment
• You have experience in planning and executing IT projects
• Profound knowledge in the area of network infrastructure and common firewall solutions
• Experience in the administration of networks and Windows servers
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365
