About the School

The nursing college is part of an established network of schools and is active in both general basic training and further education. Approximately 100 students are supported by a diverse team of nursing educators. This position is for the expansion of the team. Experienced and junior colleagues support each other. The school assists new employees through an established mentoring program, where an experienced mentor will guide you.

Nursing Educator for Nursing School (w/m/x)

Part-time: 20 hours

Location: Euskirchen

Approximately 34 vacation days

Salary: €32,500 to €35,000

Your Responsibilities:

The goal is to support students throughout their entire training and guide them to successful completion in nursing:

You will independently plan, develop, and deliver lessons in theory and practice for your class. This includes exam preparation and execution.
Newly renovated rooms and modern equipment such as whiteboards, laptops, and nursing manikins are available for this purpose.
You will advise your students on their development and individual learning progress, including on-site at the training company.
Colleagues in the faculty readily support each other to collectively improve the quality of training.

Depending on your interests and skills, you can contribute to further specialized and advanced training at the nursing college or offer courses.

Your Profile:

You have, for example, a degree as:

A certified nursing professional with training as a teacher for nursing professions and recognition as a full-time instructor.
A graduate nursing educator or medical pedagogue.
A pedagogue with a Master's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or Adult Education.
A health educator and nursing educator with a Master's degree.

You bring intercultural openness and the motivation to engage with diverse cultures.
