About the Role
Our partner is a leading full-service provider for commercial real estate in Germany, managing over 26 billion Euros in Assets under Management across eight locations. They collaborate with national and international investors, real estate funds, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices. This role offers the opportunity to optimize technical structures, implement sustainable solutions, and ensure efficient building operations.
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in building and operational technology (e.g., Electronics Technician for Operational Technology, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Systems (m/f/d)).
- Ideally complemented by commercial qualifications, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman (m/f/d), or a degree in Real Estate Management (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management).
- Several years of experience in Building Management / Facility Management.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations and practical experience in managing commercial properties and construction.
- Familiarity with the service phases according to HOAI § 15 and their application.
- Proficient German and English language skills (minimum B2 level) and confident use of MS Office.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent organization and supervision of modernization and maintenance measures.
- Planning and review of inspection and maintenance work.
- Management of internal and external service providers, including tracking defects and warranty claims.
- Ensuring and controlling specified quality standards.
- Budget responsibility, cost monitoring, and report creation.
- Collaboration with commercial property management and support in administrative matters.
- Undertaking special tasks within projects and contributing to the acquisition of properties and portfolios.
