Our client is a leading startup in telemedicine, at the forefront of digitizing healthcare. To continue this success story, our client is currently seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) in a 100% remote position.
As a market leader in telemedicine, you will work in an environment where you will have a direct, positive impact on the rapid medical care of millions of people. In this position, you will be the interface between our client and major health insurance companies, as well as other players in the healthcare system. In this way, you will significantly shape the future of digital healthcare in Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of the roadmap to increase user growth and tap into strategic partnerships
- Continuous improvement of conversion rates along the entire user journey through targeted A/B tests and user research
- Independent backlog maintenance and collaboration with Tech, Design, and Marketing for the realization of product initiatives
- Monitoring of product KPIs and creation of reports as a basis for data-driven decisions
Your Profile:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in product management, preferably in growing, digital environments -- prior experience in digital health is not necessary
- German and English at a fluent level
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in KPI definition, hypothesis formation, and A/B testing
- Confident in working with Scrum and the Atlassian Suite, as well as a proactive work approach
