Role: Digital Marketing & Sales Manager (Freelance | Commission-Based)

Type: Part-time | Remote | Commission-Only

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth on a freelance, commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a performance-driven individual who thrives on results, enjoys client interaction, and understands how to turn leads into closed deals.

There is no fixed salary, but we offer a high commission structure that rewards successful deal closures --- significantly above typical industry rates. You'll be empowered to work flexibly and independently, with the full support of our core team and service infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through digital and social channels.
  • Plan and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Follow up with leads, pitch our services, and close deals directly with clients.
  • Track and report campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, offers, and digital content.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach pipeline and manage CRM updates (if applicable).

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales-driven digital marketing or B2B client acquisition.
  • Strong skills in social media lead generation and ad campaigns.
  • Confidence in pitching and closing via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, outreach strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German or Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and deliver results.
