(Junior) Dozent:in Marketing (m/w/d) - Digital Education mit Impact
About Us -- Talentspring Academy Group
What happens when millions of people can't keep up -- but the world of work has long since moved on? Over 6 million people in Germany do not have a recognized vocational qualification. At the same time, AI, automation, and digital business models are transforming entire industries -- faster than the education system can react. Qualified skilled workers are lacking in almost all future-relevant sectors. The shortage of skilled workers has long been structural -- and with it, the urgency to retrain people effectively and purposefully is growing.
This is exactly where we come in: With digital, state-funded further training that reorients people professionally, strengthens equal opportunities, imparts broad digital skills -- and thus makes Germany's economic location future-proof in the long term.
The Talentspring Academy Group is a dynamically growing network of state-recognized digital-first educational institutions with a clear focus on digital professional fields. We train people without formal qualifications, career changers, job seekers, and employees for in-demand roles in the digital working world -- state-certified, practice-oriented, and relevant. Our programs qualify for future-relevant professional fields in areas such as artificial intelligence, online marketing, and digital sales -- flexibly designed, close to the labor market, and with real career prospects.
What makes us special: We combine the speed and innovative power of an EdTech with the reach and credibility of established educational structures. Through strategic partnerships in the education sector, we have a nationwide infrastructure with several hundred locations, deep institutional trust, and direct access to our target groups -- through digital and local channels. This creates market access, trust, and sustainable scalability in a regulated environment.
We are facing the next growth spurt -- with clear product-market fit, AI-first DNA, social impact, and unique market access that no other provider can replicate in this form.
Now is the perfect time to get started -- and help shape how education is rethought in Germany. Are you in?
