Do you complete your tasks independently, goal-oriented, and self-sufficiently? Do you already have initial experience in purchasing and/or inventory management?

⚡️Then get on board and become part of the TankE team as an administrative employee in operational purchasing (m/f/d) in full-time (unlimited).

Responsibilities

• Recording and controlling all goods processes, including returns processing
• Carrying out orders in coordination with our suppliers and our specialist departments
• Obtaining quotes & tendering for requirements
• Support in negotiating and finalizing framework and supply contracts
• Creating documentation and analyses related to procurement and inventory levels
• Maintaining master data and articles
• Order disposition
• Planning and execution of the annual inventory
• Support in process optimization

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship (experience in purchasing is an advantage)
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good handling of Outlook and MS Office
• Carefulness, accuracy, and a structured way of working
• Knowledge of Sage 100 is an advantage
