Your Responsibilities

• You accompany your team as an agile leader and promote their talents through strengths-based assignments, among other things.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the control and management of dialer telephony, call routing, and central escalation management.
• You take on and manage exciting projects and improve workflows through process optimization.
• You act as an interface between management, specialist departments, and in-house as well as international IT.

Your Profile

• You have already gained several years of experience in a leadership role and are able to confidently lead a team, especially in crisis situations.
• You have excellent analytical skills, very good project management knowledge, and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex situations and topics.
• You love changing challenges and possess excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in English and German, have a confident demeanor, and remain calm in hectic situations.
