Your Responsibilities

• As an agile leader, you will guide your team and foster their talents through strengths-based assignments, among other methods.
• Together with your team, you will be responsible for the control and administration of dialer telephony, call routing, and central escalation management.
• You will take on and manage exciting projects and improve workflows through process optimization.
• You will act as a liaison between management, specialist departments, and the in-house and international IT.

Your Profile

• You have several years of leadership experience and can confidently lead a team, especially in crisis situations.
• You possess excellent analytical skills, very good project management knowledge, and can quickly grasp complex situations and topics.
• You thrive on changing challenges and have strong communication skills.
• You are proficient in English and German, have a confident demeanor, and can remain calm in hectic situations.
