Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing damage and complaint tickets in German (written and verbal).
  • Checking and correctly documenting receipts.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams and German-speaking customers.
  • Using CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for case tracking and resolution.
  • Escalating irregularities and adhering to internal procedures and KPIs.

What You Bring: Must-Have:

  • Very good German language skills (C1, flawless in written and spoken).
  • Confident IT system usage; experience with claims/ticket systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of verification processes.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive sector (vehicle models, repair processes).
  • On-site presence -- you are in the office 4-5 days/week (Paul-Dessau-Straße 5, 22761 Hamburg).
