What awaits you?

• You will look after existing and prospective customers by phone and email
• You will create offers and orders and take care of their follow-up
• You will support the field service and coordinate with other departments
• You will maintain and update customer and CRM data
• You will prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports
• You will work on improvements to sales processes
• You will regularly participate in internal coordination meetings

What you should bring?

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
• You have initial experience in sales or a customer-oriented position
• You are proficient with MS Office and ideally with CRM systems
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and enjoyment of customer contact
• You work independently, structured, and are a team player
• You have organizational talent and enjoy taking responsibility
• You speak German fluently in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
