The Tasks

• Independent creation and coordination of offers for plant projects in industrial heating construction and power plant pipeline construction as well as in heat generation
• Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, including opportunity and risk assessment
• Offer calculation and cost estimates in cooperation with project managers
• Communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors
• Development of the optimal assembly sequence in the offer phase and for execution projects in coordination with the project team
• Planning of assembly equipment and technical interface function for planning details, checking feasibility, and ensuring information transfer to the project team
• Coordination in the areas of assembly execution, execution planning, and the implementation of technical regulations

Our Requirements

• Technical training as a technician / master in energy and heat technology / process or supply engineering
• Solid professional experience in project management of process engineering plant construction
• Strong social and, above all, communication skills at all levels, combined with a professional demeanor
• High integrity, loyalty, initiative, reliability, as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness
• High independence and concentration skills in completing tasks, as well as exceptional performance readiness
• Good German language skills (C2)
• Willingness to travel on business
