Job Description:

You will work in an interdisciplinary team of Development, UX, UI, Product, and Strategy, supporting digital projects holistically from the initial research phase to the final interface. You will design web and software interfaces, further develop design systems, and contribute your creative flair to modern product development.

Salary up to 60k, Hybrid (1-2 days remote)

Your Tasks:

• Conduct user research & derive insights into user-centered concepts
• Participate in and conduct workshops for user & business requirements
• Create user flows, information architectures & wireframes
• Develop and further develop modern design systems (Figma-first)
• Design web & mobile interfaces as well as interactive prototypes
• Creative design, visual design & ownership for user experience
• Present and coordinate your ideas within the team and with clients
• Quality assurance through reviews & strategic product support
• Work in agile processes (sprints, Scrum, cross-functional team)

Your Profile:

Must-have

• 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Portfolio covering the entire product lifecycle (Research → Concept → Prototyping)
• Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in interdisciplinary teams & agile frameworks
• Good understanding of UX principles, Responsive Design & Design Systems
• High quality standards & passion for modern digital products
• Strong visual design skills (typography, branding, layout)
• Ability to lead clients and creatively engage teams
• Goal-oriented use of AI tools as design accelerators
• Proactive, open personality that motivates & inspires

Nice-to-have

• Motion & Interaction Skills
• Basic programming knowledge (for exchange with developers)
• Accessibility know-how
• 3D design basics (Spline, Blender)
