About the Role
Technica Engineering GmbH is seeking a Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) as Project Coordinator for Development Projects to join their team in Munich. This is a full-time position.
Technica Engineering GmbH, part of the global Technica Group with approximately 1000 employees, specializes in the development of electronic products, software, and provides consulting for new development and testing projects in the automotive sector. Their expertise lies in Automotive Ethernet and control unit development, offering solutions for embedded control units, vehicle electrical systems, ADAS, security, body functions, comfort functions, gateways, and more.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and implement projects, processes, and guidelines.
- Monitor project performance and report regularly to department management.
- Align with various initiatives such as OKRs, P&I planning, and consider the underlying business plan.
- Moderate cross-departmental meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and implementation of measures to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness, achieving organizational goals.
- Proactively communicate with all involved employees to encourage problem identification, solution development, and efficiency improvements.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
- Practical experience in project management is desirable, or at least a solid understanding of project management methods and tools is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of automotive development processes is a plus.
- Communication skills in German and English (at least B1/B2 level).
