Your Responsibilities

• Unit Development: You will independently develop your own unit and help shape its structure with an entrepreneurial vision.
• Sales: Expanding and maintaining customer relationships, as well as acquiring new business partners, are your responsibility.
• Dispatch: You will manage the precise deployment planning and ensure smooth coordination between clients and employees.
• Recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from initial contact to hiring, and attract the right talent.

Your Expertise

• Industry Experience: You are already established as a personnel dispatcher, personnel service agent, or manager in personnel services and have sound knowledge in the medical and/or educational fields.
• Motivation & Hands-on Mentality: High self-motivation, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to implement tasks pragmatically characterize you.
• Personality: Independent work and taking responsibility are a matter of course for you. You actively contribute your ideas to the development of your unit.
