Quality Planner (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You plan, implement, and monitor quality-relevant specifications within product and process development in accordance with EN9100 and EASA and CAA UK regulations.
- You create and maintain quality-relevant documents in accordance with EN 9100 / AS 9100, e.g., inspection plans or initial sample inspection reports.
- You coordinate and conduct initial sample inspections and product qualifications according to aviation standards.
- You define and monitor quality specifications in close coordination with customers, development, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- You ensure the traceability of materials, processes, and documents in accordance with aviation-specific requirements.
- You plan and manage internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.
- You select, introduce, and validate test equipment and methods according to requirements.
- You actively drive the continuous improvement of quality-relevant processes.
Your Qualifications
- You have a completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable course of study, or a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) with professional experience.
- You have additional qualifications or relevant experience in quality assurance.
- You possess very good knowledge of the standards EN9100, EN9102, and EASA regulations (Part 21G, Part 21J, and Part 145), CAA UK regulations (Part 145), and aviation-specific requirements.
- You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
- You have a strong sense of quality and analytical thinking skills.
- You are strong in communication and teamwork, especially in collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
