Job Description:

Telcas GmbH was founded in 2003 and has been expanding continuously ever since. In addition to practical assignments in operational processes and projects, we also support strategic corporate developments. This includes in particular consulting on topics such as change management, process optimization, cost optimization, and organizational development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of technical alignment for roof and/or mast sites, special sites, and complex roof sites used jointly by several network operators (co-use and parallel use)
• Obtaining radio and construction permits from other network operators and site owners
• Establishing and maintaining necessary contacts with the client and other network operators, participating in coordination meetings
• Reviewing existing documentation (site rental agreements, existing plans) and comparing it with newly planned construction or conversion measures
• Supporting acquisition in obtaining the necessary documents and records for their tasks (construction plans, redline drawings, structural calculations)
• Coordination with the construction planning department and support in obtaining the documents and records required for the creation of draft and execution plans
• Documenting projects in the designated tools and creating reports on project progress for the direct supervisor
• Reviewing and documenting project progress
• Data maintenance and analysis
• Ensuring and adhering to the process flow
• Creating reports and statistics

Your Profile:

• University degree in engineering or business administration, or comparable professional qualification or corresponding long-term professional experience
• Mobile communications experience in the setup/modernization of mobile networks is an advantage, as is experience in the co-use coordination of mobile sites
• Several years of industry experience, including some years in a comparable position
• Commercial experience and knowledge, especially in the drafting and interpretation of rental agreements
• Technical understanding in the field of mobile communications
• Contacts/network in the mobile communications industry are an advantage
• Negotiating skills, good communication skills
• Confident use of PC and MS Office applications
• Independent, self-reliant, and punctual as well as reliable working method (Homeoffice)
• Good self-organization combined with teamwork skills
• Languages: Very good German, English is an advantage
• Experience with Netsite is desirable
