As Group Lead AI & Analytics Factory - B2X Units, you will be responsible for building and leading a central unit for scalable data and AI innovations. We are the AI DevOps & Analytics Team, bridging the gap between business demand and technical delivery. We ensure stakeholder requirements are efficiently captured, prioritized, and transformed into AI solutions within budget and time.

We accompany the entire journey from the problem statement to the finished solution, remove blockers, and create clear guidelines for successful projects. With our specialists in Data Science, LLMs, and System Integration, we develop Agentic AI that translates insights directly into workflows and delivers real value for customers and the organization. This way, we drive the transformation from traditional analytics to intelligent, action-oriented AI systems and secure sustainable business impact.

What You Bring

• Completed degree in #Computer Science, #Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in #Team Leadership and #Project Management within complex technology and data environments.
• Solid knowledge in #Agile Leadership, #Data Strategy, and #Stakeholder Management.
• Deep expertise in #Data Engineering, #Data Modeling, and #Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with #Big Data Analytics, #Data Visualization, and #MLOps.
• Competence in #Business Process Optimization and #Organizational Change Management.
• Excellent #English and #German skills, both written and spoken.
