Service Manager (m/f/d) After Sales Services for IT Technologies

Your Responsibilities

• Creating offers for customer-specific services in the fields of telecommunications, IT, and security
• Supporting purchasing in supplier negotiations
• Supporting sales in offer presentations
• Contract negotiation for service contracts
• Responsibility for the company's service portfolio

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies, e.g., in the field of service management, business administration with a focus on service management, or IT service management
• Experience in creating offers, developing, and presenting service concepts and solutions
• ITIL certifications (ITIL V3 Expert and ITIL V4 Managing Professional) desirable
• Structured way of working and initial experience in process design
• Very good communication skills
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license class B
