About Us
Temprecision International Europe is a fast-growing global manufacturer and provider of Phase Change Material cooling elements for the cold chain packaging industry. We sell unique temperature control foam products—branded under Temprecision® Foam and ThermaBrick® Refrigerant Bricks, in any temperature-sensitive applications requiring cold chain management. Our customers are temperature-controlled packaging providers, primarily within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
As part of our European expansion, we are opening a new manufacturing unit in Germany (Rhineland-Palatinate) and strengthening our commercial footprint across the region and neighbouring countries. We are therefore looking for a European Sales Manager to help drive growth across Central Europe.
Regions Covered
Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Denmark.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in B2B environments and is comfortable with long, complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for new business development in a new and growing region, while also managing and expanding existing accounts.
You will represent our sustainable product portfolio, provide feedback on local market needs, and play a key part in supporting new product development initiatives. Comprehensive technical training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business across assigned Central European regions.
- Drive new business acquisition with temperature-controlled packaging companies, primarily within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Manage and build ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct sales forecasting and maintain accurate reporting on opportunities, pipeline, and market activity.
- Participate in European trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive insights to the European team.
- Collaborate closely with operations, product development, and leadership teams to support the growth of the European business.
- Present our product range effectively and support the introduction of new technical solutions.
- Regular travel throughout Europe, with regular visits to our UK Centre of Excellence and manufacturing unit in Grünstadt (Rhineland-Palatinate).
Qualifications & Skills
- B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (both required).
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and build trust with multiple stakeholders.
- Curious, eager to learn, and able to provide clear feedback to internal teams.
- Valid EU passport or work authorization in Germany.
Desirable
- Experience in cold chain, logistics, life sciences, or packaging industries.
- Experience introducing or selling technical products.
