About Us

For our branch in Doetinchem (near Emmerich), we are looking for an Architect / Construction Drafter / Planner (m/f/d). The location realizes residential and industrial projects in Germany, which also include the latest construction concepts in detail. The team spirit is based on a great mix of German and Dutch colleagues. The office is conveniently located on the A18 motorway near the German A3 and offers modern workplaces in a modern building complex. The team of approx. 60 employees looks forward to your application.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using 3D / BIM methodology
  • LPH1-5: Implementation of concepts according to company specifications for preliminary, building application, sales, execution, and detail planning, as well as site plans for structural engineering
  • Independent coordination and graphic implementation of agreements with project participants such as structural engineers, building physicists, MEP planners, acoustics and fire protection experts, and specialist planners
  • Development and establishment of internal BIM application for quantity calculation (Solibri interface)
  • Coordination of planning from suppliers, such as precast, window, and installation plans
  • Collaboration within the project team with colleagues from project management, work preparation, site management, and costing

Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a construction drafter or a comparable qualification in drafting with professional experience, or a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Architecture
  • Experience in dealing with planning and building law regulations
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Goal orientation, problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and communication strength
  • High commitment, confident demeanor, social competence, and teamwork skills
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
