(Junior) Social Media Manager – YouTube & Podcast DACH (m/w/d)

Your Role as (Junior) Social Media Manager -- YouTube & Podcast DACH (m/f/d):

• You will take ownership of content planning and coordination -- across channels and campaigns.
• You will build and maintain a content calendar (weekly/monthly planning) including prioritization.
• You will coordinate closely with Social Media, Influencer, Performance, Creative/Production, and Brand teams.
• You will create briefs (content, claims, deliverables, deadlines, formats) for all relevant stakeholders.
• You will analyze content performance and derive optimizations for planning and output (formats, frequency, topics).
• You will communicate and coordinate with our existing influencers.
• You will research and acquire new marketing partners and influencers for our YouTube athlete team.
• You will be in close contact with our followers and manage community engagement.

Your Strengths, Which We Need in Our Team:

• A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field -- or vocational training with relevant professional experience -- is advantageous.
• You have initial experience in content planning / project management / marketing on YouTube or in podcast formats (practical or professional).
• You show initiative and actively contribute new ideas to further develop our social media presence.
• You are interested in fitness, training, sports, or lifestyle topics and understand how to appeal to diverse target groups.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to creatively and effectively implement content would be advantageous.
