Your Role in the Planning Team at More!

Your Mission with Us

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning of your categories, including consolidated demand planning, forecast reconciliation, and financial target achievement.
• You will aggregate and challenge forecasts across all channels, ensuring consistency with budget and financial planning.
• You will manage inventory and availability, balancing availability, working capital, and risk.
• You will coordinate demand and supply planning, manage bottlenecks, and make well-founded trade-off decisions in S&OP.
• You will analyze performance at the category and SKU level, manage relevant KPIs, and derive concrete measures.
• You will act as a sparring partner for Commercial, Product Line Management, and Finance, and continuously develop processes and planning tools.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a comparable field.
• You have experience in Category, Demand, or Supply Planning, or in an S&OP environment.
• You possess strong analytical and financial understanding.
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and take responsibility.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and data-driven manner.
