Our focus is on clear communication, measurable results, and pragmatic implementation -- without agency BS.\n\n## Your Role\n\nTo strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a Media Designer (m/f/d) who thinks of design not only as beautiful but also as functional.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Design of digital and online advertising materials (social ads, banners, landing pages, visuals)\n* Development and implementation of creatives for performance campaigns\n* Adaptation and further development of existing designs and brand identities\n* Support in content creation for websites, platforms, and digital products\n* Close collaboration with performance marketing, sales, and product teams\n* Independent implementation of projects -- from idea to rollout\n* Optional: simple moving image or animation content (short videos, slides, reels)\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Completed training as a Media Designer Digital & Print or comparable qualification\n* Confident handling of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (esp.
