We are looking for you to join our Technical Consulting department at the Bochum location as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d).
After consultation, the activity can also be carried out at our branches in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nuremberg, or Leipzig.
Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems and networks
- Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
- Support for employees with IT-related questions and problems
- Monitoring of system performance and execution of regular backups
- Implementation of security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
- Documentation of IT processes and systems
Qualifications
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or information electronics technician) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT administration
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude
