As a young and agile company, we have ambitious growth and expansion goals, which are worked on daily by 100 highly motivated Henrys and Henryettas. And together with YOU, we want to achieve even more in the coming years.

To strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for an experienced financial accountant (m/f/d) in Berlin (home office possible) with immediate effect.

What awaits you:

• Processing of payment transactions and booking of bank accounts
• Support for accounts receivable and accounts payable with:
  • Account reconciliation and clarification of issues
  • Monitoring of the dunning process at home and abroad, including management of credit insurers
  • Quality management of accounting as a basis for internal controlling
  • Booking of input files, e.g. for salaries, creditors/debtors, and ongoing daily business
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Participation in and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Support during audits
  • Monitoring and execution of master data management in the ERP system
  • Participation in projects and process optimization

What you should bring:

• Training/studies in the field of financial accounting and controlling
• Several years of relevant professional experience; a degree as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) is a plus (current or planned)
• Good/very good application skills with ERP and DMS systems (Integra / ELO)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, conscientious, and careful way of working
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage
