Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin | Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite

Your Responsibilities

• Workplace IT Management: Manage and support the IT environment (Windows & macOS) for approximately 80 employees -- acting as the first point of contact with a strong service orientation.
• Network & Security: Ensure and continuously optimise the stability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
• Server Infrastructure & Monitoring: Operate, maintain, and develop the server environment, including proactive monitoring and identifying potential challenges early on.
• SaaS Tool Management: Administer and optimise the various SaaS tools used daily by the team to support efficient workflows.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Maintain and enhance the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Entra ID, Intune) for secure and effective use.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: Degree or vocational training in IT, or several years of practical experience in system administration or system integration.
• Language Skills: Very good German and English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in administrating and optimising Windows environments; macOS experience is a plus.
• Work Approach: Independent, solution-oriented, and service-driven -- you identify issues early and tackle them proactively.
• Team & On-Site Presence: Willingness to work regularly on-site in Berlin and collaborate closely with the team.
